As a small family run concern, we do not have the ties and restricts that larger multinational companies may impose on its clients. As I'm sure most owners are aware, to rent property on any level involves a lot of time, money and effort. This burden is not eased by long distances and foreign polices ? along with any day to day maintenance that is involved with owning any type of property.

We have been fortunate enough to have had property in Lanzarote for 15 years, during which time we learnt that trying to rent your home was impossible, without the assistance of reliable agents or people on the ground near to our home, for all manner of reasons.

So when we decided to make Playa Blanca our home 4 years ago, we decided utilize the knowledge and experience we had gained, to help other owners - on a one to one basis - rent and keep their investments to the high standards they left the property in.
